Hello! I’m Andrew Cross, a real estate investor and coach with a deep passion for helping others unlock their full potential.
As the eldest of seven children, I was raised with a strong work ethic, thanks to my entrepreneurial father. Our family’s first venture was a lawn care business during my teenage years. While I quickly learned the value of hard work, I also discovered that my true calling lay elsewhere. Drawn to the possibilities of real estate, I enrolled in construction trade courses during high school, laying the foundation for what would become my lifelong passion.
One moment that stuck with me: a realtor once told me I couldn’t buy houses until I had five years of tax returns. The irony? That same realtor now works at a 7-Eleven. That experience taught me an important lesson: with grit, determination, and the right mindset, you can defy the odds and carve your own path.
In 2001, I leaped and launched my own construction business. By 2003, I was working full-time, specializing in historical restorations for more than a decade. But even with success in construction, I couldn’t shake the constant pull toward real estate. My girlfriend (now my beloved wife) finally pointed it out: I was talking about real estate more than I was acting on it. That push led me to my first real estate investor meetings.
Soon after, we hired our first coach. That decision was the turning point, the rocket fuel that transformed desire into action. With the right guidance, we closed our first deals, learned how to scale, and built the foundation for the real estate journey that continues to grow today.

Such was our commitment to growth that when faced with the choice of financing our wedding, honeymoon, or coaching, we chose coaching. That sacrifice paid off. Not only were we later able to fund our dream honeymoon, but the real estate deals that followed allowed us to extend our coaching journey even further.
Fast forward a decade, and my wife and I have built more than just a business; we’ve built a movement. For nearly eight years, we’ve hosted the Wholesaler’s Breakfast, mentoring new investors and guiding them through the challenges of getting started. Along the way, we’ve sold over 400 homes, expanded our portfolio to more than 100 doors, and continue to grow.
The best part? We’ve done it while keeping freedom at the center, working fewer than 10 hours a week. With God’s grace, perseverance, and the right systems, we’ve not only achieved financial freedom but also created a generational shift for our family.
Today, we cherish the freedom to travel, create memories, and live our dream life alongside our children. Real estate has completely transformed our future and now my mission is to help others experience the same breakthrough.
Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: with hard work, faith, and the right guidance, anything is possible.
